In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery . Otherwise, products may only be exchanged during this period, so please make sure you have all the information you need about size and colour before you hit purchase.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process a return or exchange if more than 30 days have gone by since you received your item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you receive the wrong product, damaged product, or unsatisfactory product:
In the rare case that your item arrives with an issue, please:
1. Take a photo of the problem - If the problem is print size, please use a ruler.
2. Send an email with the subject line "Order # "YourOrderNumber" Replacement Request" to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Please include the following:
- The photo(s)
- A specific description of the issue
- The Order Number
If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue.
We will get in touch with the manufacturer, and send you follow-up instructions as soon as they get in touch (generally 1-2 business days).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
For any product that is damaged, incorrect, or clearly unsatisfactory (print is skewed) we will cover your return shipping costs and – in the case of an exchange – the cost of a replacement product to be sent to you.
In cases where you are exchanging the item because you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for a replacement product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
